Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made with Azzurri Pizza Catering. Placing a booking deposit confirms you have read and accepted them.

Quotes and bookings

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
  • Your event date is reserved only once we receive the booking deposit.
  • A standard deposit is 20% of the total quote; balance is due 14 days before the event.

Pricing

Per-guest pricing starts from $25 in Sydney and €25 in Paris and includes the mobile pizza oven, pizzaiolo, all ingredients and standard tableware. Travel surcharges may apply outside our standard service area; if so, they are disclosed in writing in the quote.

Cancellation

  • More than 30 days before the event: full deposit refund.
  • 14 to 30 days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 14 days: deposit forfeit; date can be rescheduled within 12 months subject to availability.

On-site requirements

You confirm that the event venue has a flat, dry area of at least 4m × 6m for the mobile oven, vehicle access for setup, and that any required council / venue permits are in place. We carry $20M public liability and food-safety certification on every job.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the booking. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (extreme weather, road closures, government restrictions) but will work in good faith to reschedule.
