Born in Italy and trained in the Neapolitan tradition, I founded Azzurri Pizza Catering to bring authentic Italian pizza straight to your events — weddings, birthdays and corporate parties.
Over 1,200 events in 8 years. Every pizza is hand-stretched with 5 Stagioni flour, Mutti tomato, fresh fior di latte and a 48-hour slow ferment.
When you book Azzurri you get me on the oven the day of your event. No third-party subcontracting, no anonymous chef.
