Pizza Catering Redfern

City of Sydney Council — Redfern Oval, Redfern Community Centre, Australian Technology Park, Eveleigh precinct.

Redfern is one of Sydney's most rapidly-transforming inner-city suburbs — anchored by the Australian Technology Park in the Eveleigh precinct (one of Sydney's largest corporate-and-tech event campuses, repurposed from the historic Eveleigh Locomotive Workshops), the established Redfern Oval on Redfern Street, the Redfern Community Centre on Hugo Street, the Carriageworks contemporary arts venue on Wilson Street, and the historic Redfern Street and Botany Road commercial spines. The suburb sits in the City of Sydney Council area, sandwiched between Surry Hills, Waterloo, Eveleigh, Darlington and Chippendale, with deep Indigenous community heritage on the broader Redfern-Waterloo corridor running alongside a fast-growing tech, startup and contemporary-arts scene. Azzurri Pizza Catering brings our mobile pizza oven directly to Australian Technology Park corporate-event spaces, Carriageworks contemporary-arts activations, Redfern Community Centre gatherings, private courtyard and rooftop terraces along Redfern Street, Lawson Street and Gibbons Street, plus the wider Surry Hills-Chippendale-Waterloo neighbourhood — with the City of Sydney Council Park Function Permit and Temporary Food Stall paperwork lodged on your behalf for any council reserve booking.

Redfern's tech-startup-and-arts event culture combines a sophisticated corporate-event expectation with the diverse community of one of Sydney's most multicultural inner-city postcodes — and our standard menu adapts equally well to a tech-launch hype event at Australian Technology Park, a Carriageworks contemporary-arts opening, a Redfern Community Centre family-day, or a rooftop terrace birthday on Redfern Street. City of Sydney Council permits handled on your behalf.

Minimum 30 guests. Redfern sits within our standard Sydney metro zone — no travel surcharge. City of Sydney Council Park Function Permits lodged on your behalf — 21 business days lead time. Heritage-precinct venues (Carriageworks, Eveleigh Locomotive Workshops) typically require a pre-event site check (free, included) to confirm oven placement and fire-safety compliance with the venue's heritage-fire-egress plan.
