Neapolitan-style pizza is cooked at very high heat for around 60-90 seconds, producing a thin, soft crust with a charred leopard-spot edge. Azzurri brings mobile gas pizza ovens directly to your venue, with setup planned around the access and venue requirements for your event.

For Saturdays in peak wedding season (October–March) we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead. For weeknight corporate events and weekday birthdays 2–4 weeks is usually enough. Last-minute bookings under 7 days are subject to oven availability and a small rush fee — call us directly to confirm.
